It will be a day of disconnection and enjoyment in which we will practice full attention or mindfulness, conscious breathing yoga. An opportunity to travel through our five senses in a special and conscious way, and help us connect with the present and with ourselves.

The practices will be affordable at all levels and you will be able to take home simple tools that will help you release stress and reconnect again when you need it again.

To progressively connect the body and mind, we will carry out various practices:

While sailing, and taking advantage of the benefits of the sea, we will do a few minutes of conscious breathing or pranayama, followed by a mindfulness meditation (approximately 25 m).

Later, once on land, we will do a flow yoga practice of about 75minutes, on a jetty, quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with enough space to enjoy our asana session.

Program:

  • Welcome on board and explanation of the sailing route.
  • The journey begins towards the Ensenada de San Simón in which we will let ourselves be carried away while sailing, with the engine off, feeling the sea nearby and the wind on our faces. Flow with the wind and the sea.
  • On the deck, we will work on mindful breathing and meditation to cultivate mindfulness.
  • Tea on board and time to enjoy navigation.
  • Arrival at our destination: being aware of the earth under your feet, breathing the sea breeze, will help us connect for the practice of yoga
  • We will have time to walk along the beach, swim, sunbathe or relax on the deck.

Recommended material:

  • Yoga mat. In the case of not having, we can provide one (prior notice)
  • Closed footwear to walk on the deck safely (boots, sports shoes with light colored rubber soles. dark-soled footwear is prohibited on board)
  • Swimsuit, raincoat, comfortable clothes for the practices and windstop jacket to keep you warm if the weather is cool.
  • Sunglasses with neck strap, hat, a towel, high protection sun cream.
